247Sports national recruiting analyst Greg Biggins experienced this scouting report on Moore:

Moore is a two-way player and a respectable top rated 100 prospect nationally at receiver and basic safety. He has a stable body, nicely muscled but isn’t really rigid and is fluid in how he moves. At receiver, he has pretty superior human body management, sturdy palms and is outstanding in leap ball predicaments. As a basic safety, he’s a wise, high IQ player with a large amount of vary. He’s a bodily child who is always around the ball. He’s a eager hitter and stable in coverage as nicely. He has superior ball capabilities and ball awareness on both of those sides of the ball and while he prefers receiver, he might have a lot more prolonged term upside in the secondary. He runs nicely but can carry on to strengthen athletically in both of those his shorter spot quickness and prolonged speed but has all the tools to be an effect player at the future level and has NFL upside as nicely.
