UT places 101 student-athletes on 2019-20 Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team
AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas placed one hundred and one pupil-athletes on the 2019-20 Tutorial All-Major 12 Rookie Workforce, the convention business declared Wednesday. A whole of 870 pupil-athletes ended up named to the squad, together with 107 who ended up nominated with 4.00 grade level averages.
Nominated by each individual institution’s director of pupil-athlete support providers, pupil-athletes on the Tutorial All-Major 12 Rookie Workforce will have to be new, initially-time/incoming freshmen that have done 24 semester hours of non-remedial coursework and attained a cumulative GPA of at the very least three.00 (4. scale). In addition, the pupil-athlete will have to have participated in at the very least a person of their team’s scheduled contests and will have to have been a member of their respective crew for their sport’s whole NCAA Championship section.
The Tutorial All-Major 12 Rookie Workforce was released throughout the 2012-thirteen academic 12 months.
