Twelve Longhorns set for U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Diving
INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — A overall of 12 recent, former and long term College of Texas divers are scheduled to contend at the U.S. Olympic Group Trials – Diving starting up on Sunday, June 6 at the IUPUI Natatorium. The 7 days-long function will decide spots on the official Group United states of america roster for the forthcoming Tokyo Olympics.
The Longhorns’ roster in Indianapolis is set to include things like recent athletes Janie Boyle (Women’s ten-meter Platform), Noah Duperre (Men’s three-meter Springboard), Andrew Gawin-Parigini (Men’s three-meter Springboard), Andrew Harness (Men’s three-meter Springboard and ten-meter Platform), Bridget O’Neil (Women’s three-meter Springboard) and Jordan Skilken (Women’s ten-meter Platform) along with incoming freshman Hailey Hernandez (Women’s three-meter Springboard).
Texas also will be represented by former athletes Murphy Bromberg (Women’s Synchronized Platform and ten-meter Platform), Grayson Campbell (Men’s Synchronized three-meter Springboard and three-meter Springboard), Alison Gibson (Women’s Synchronized three-meter Springboard and three-meter Springboard), Laura Wilkinson (Women’s ten-meter Platform) and Jordan Windle (Men’s three-meter Springboard and ten-meter Platform).
The competitors will start at ten a.m. Central (11 a.m. Eastern) on Sunday, June 6 with the Women’s Synchronized three-meter preliminary round followed by the event’s semifinals starting up at 6 p.m. Central (seven p.m. Eastern). Diving continues on Monday, June seven with the Men’s Synchronized three-meter and Women’s Synchronized Platform preliminary and semifinal rounds.
Tuesday, June 8 will see the to start with individual situations contested, beginning with the Women’s three-meter Springboard preliminary round at nine a.m. Central (ten a.m. Eastern) followed by the Men’s ten-meter Platform preliminary round at 11:forty six a.m. Central (12:forty six p.m. Eastern). Semifinals for equally situations will take put beginning at 6 p.m. Central on Tuesday night.
The final working day of prelims will be Wednesday, June nine, beginning with the Men’s three-meter Springboard at nine a.m. Central (ten a.m. Eastern) followed by the Women’s ten-meter Platform at one p.m. Central (two p.m. Eastern).
On Thursday, June ten, the Women’s three-meter Synchronized final will start out at 6 p.m. Central (seven p.m. Eastern) and be televised on the Olympic Channel. Friday’s Men’s three-meter Synchronized and Women’s Platform Synchronized finals will also be aired on the Olympic Channel starting up at 6 p.m. Central (seven p.m. Eastern).
Saturday’s finals will all be aired on NBC with the Women’s three-meter Springboard at three:fifty p.m. Central (four:fifty p.m. Eastern) followed by the Men’s ten-meter Platform final, which will stream on NBCOlympics.com starting up at 6:thirty p.m. Central (seven:thirty p.m. Eastern) prior to switching to NBC primetime at seven p.m. Central (8 p.m. Eastern). The trials will conclude on Sunday, June thirteen with the Men’s three-meter Springboard, which will stream on NBCOlympics.com starting up at five:thirty p.m. Central (6:thirty p.m. Eastern) prior to switching more than to NBC primetime at 6 p.m. Central (seven p.m. Eastern). The final function of the competitors will be the Women’s ten-meter Platform final which will air on NBC at seven:fifty p.m. Central (8:fifty p.m. Eastern).
