98-year-old former coach to sing anthem before Yankees game

Gabe Vitalone, the 98-12 months-aged former professor and mentor at William Paterson University whose probability to sing the countrywide anthem before a Yankees video game in April was place on maintain in April, will sing a virtual variation before Sunday’s Yankees-Orioles video game.

Vitalone will devote his functionality to the memory of his childhood friend, Joe Romano, who died in June 1944 on the Island of Saipan though serving in the U.S. Marine Corps.
