WCC implementing ‘Russell Rule’ diversity hiring commitment

Each individual WCC faculty will be demanded to “submit a selecting report” to the WCC Presidents’ Council that includes “evidence of their efforts” to abide by the Russell Rule. Furthermore, the conference will have an yearly “racial and gender report card” known as the “Russell Report” for every of its schools.
