UT Tower lighting to honor Men’s Swimming and Diving set for tonight
AUSTIN, Texas — The University of Texas Tower will be lit in burnt orange with the number ‘1’ on the North and South sides and the number ’15’ on the East and West sides later tonight (Sunday, March 28) to commemorate the UT Men’s Swimming and Diving program’s new NCAA championship.
For every campus tradition, the University recognizes UT sports activities courses who acquire a nationwide group championship with a burnt orange lights of the campus landmark with the number ‘1’ appearing on the building’s four sides. Tonight, the University will salute the group which captured the 2021 nationwide championship and the program’s 15th in general NCAA title.
