The Baltimore Orioles granted right-hander Brooks Kriske his release to go after an intercontinental chance.
The Orioles also declared Tuesday that infielder Lucius Fox was claimed off waivers by the Washington Nationals.
The 27-calendar year-outdated Kriske produced 16 reduction appearances in excess of the earlier two seasons with the Orioles and New York Yankees. He was two-one with a fourteen.forty Period.
The 24-calendar year-outdated Fox has not appeared in the majors. He hit .242 with 4 homers and 21 RBIs for Triple-A Omaha final season though part of the Kansas City corporation. The Orioles claimed him off waivers from the Royals previously in November.
