No. 1 Men’s Swimming posts strong marks at Jingle Bell Splash

AUSTIN, Texas – No. 1 Texas Men’s Swimming recorded a pair of wins on Saturday at the Jingle Bell Splash on Saturday at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Middle.

The Longhorns have been paced by freshman Marko Vujosevic, who won the a hundred butterfly with a time of forty nine.fifty five and followed that with a runner-up result in the 50 free with a mark of 20.seventy four.

Freshman Adam Fusti-Molnar picked up the victory in the two hundred breaststroke with a time of 1:fifty six.71.

Vujosevic was joined in the 50 free by sophomore Victor Tremblay, who put fifth with a time of 21.36, and junior Trey Jackson, who finished sixth in 21.46.

The Longhorns will wrap up the 2021 part of their schedule at the Jingle Bell Splash on Sunday. Prelims are slated to get underway at the Lee and Joe Jamail Texas Swimming Middle at 9 a.m. CT.
