Johnston advances to finals of 1500 free at Olympic Trials

OMAHA, Neb. — College of Texas freshman David Johnston skilled for the finals of the one,500-meter freestyle on Saturday morning at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Swimming. He will contend in the finals of the 1500 totally free on Sunday evening.

Through Saturday’s morning preliminaries, Johnston registered the eighth-quickest time of the prelims (fifteen:22.61).
