Jermall Charlo has been arrested on felony robbery charges, San Antonio bar incident

Undefeated Earth Boxing Council middleweight winner Jermall Charlo has been arrested on felony theft prices from a July incident at a San Antonio bar.

Charlo posted bond on three prices of 2nd-diploma theft and was unveiled in accordance to KSAT-Tv set.

A police report said Charlo’s credit history card was declined for a massive bar tab on the early morning on July sixteen, the eve of Charlo’s brother Jermell’s globe title bout in San Antonio.

A warrant accused Charlo of taking away his identification and money from his waitress’s possession right before departing.

Charlo’s lawyer, Kent Schaffer, told the station his consumer did not get anything at all belonging to an individual else.

“Jermall stole no cash from everyone at the club and built no threats toward everyone,” Schaffer told KSAT. “At no time did he rob everyone or get any property other than his possess.” The lawyer said the fighter was involved following staying told his card had been misplaced and only retrieved his driver’s license.

Charlo, 32- with 22 knockouts, built his fourth defence of his one hundred sixty-pound (73kg) crown by unanimous determination in excess of Mexico’s Juan Macias Montiel in June at Houston.
