Diving wraps up Zone D Championships

DALLAS, Texas – The Texas diving software wrapped up NCAA Zone D Diving Championships on Wednesday afternoon with the system competitiveness at the Robson & Lindley Aquatics Centre and Barr-McMillion Natatorium on the campus on SMU in Dallas.

Freshman Janie Boyle led the Longhorns with a third-place finish, scoring a 533.65 around ten dives. Paola Pineda and Jordan Skilken also certified for NCAAs as they finished fourth and seventh, respectively. Pineda trailed Boyle with a 525.ten rating, though Skilken rating a 507.forty.

Pineda has now certified for the 1m, 3m and system competitions at the NCAA Championships.

Jordan Windle went three for three at Zone D Championships, professing his third title in as lots of times as he scored a satisfy-best 927.fifteen in the system competitiveness.

Senior Jacob Cornish certified for his third event at NCAAs following ending second driving Windle with a rating of 801.forty five. Freshman Andrew Harness also certified for his third event, coming in seventh at 668.60.
